Services. First Choice Event Rentals provides Table Rentals, Chair Rentals, Linen Rentals, Party Equipment Rentals, Cocktail Table Rental and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to First Choice Event Rentals and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. First Choice Event Rentals may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. First Choice Event Rentals disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Choice Event Rentals's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid First Choice Event Rentals in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify First Choice Event Rentals against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Choice of Law. DE law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of DE, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Updates. First Choice Event Rentals reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
